Summer Opportunity - 8 Week Internship with the British Business Bank

Applications for a paid Legal Internship at the British Business Bank close on Friday the 10th of May. The position runs from the 8th of July until the 30th of August. This is a great way to gain experience, boost your cv and earn some money.

Within the role you will be working alongside the various different subdivisions of the British Bank's legal team. This will allow you to gain experience of the legal and company secretarial support provided to the Bank and its products. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting with different tasks including drafting of simple transaction documentation, amendments and consents, papers and agendas for governance committees, as well as being able to participate in governance meetings.
• Assisting with legal research and knowledge management including horizon scanning.
