Volunteer with SolidariTee – 2025/26 Applications Now Open

SolidariTee is a student- and youth-led charity standing in solidarity with refugees and people seeking asylum through advocacy, awareness-raising, and grant-giving for legal aid.

We’re currently inviting applications to join our regional and central volunteer teams for the 2025/26 academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity that many students - particularly those interested in global justice, human rights, international development, politics, social policy, or nonprofit work - may find both meaningful and enriching.

All of our roles are specifically designed with university students and self-identifying young people in mind, including recent graduates. No prior experience is required; just commitment, compassion, and a belief in the power of collective action.

This is also a fantastic opportunity for students to:

Gain real-world experience and build transferable skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, advocacy, event planning, and campaign strategy.

Enhance their CVs and future career prospects, particularly in the charity, legal, or humanitarian sectors.

Join a welcoming international community of like-minded peers.

We offer a range of in-person and remote roles, with different levels of time commitment, to make volunteering accessible and flexible - including for those with other commitments beyond their studies, such as paid work, or those who will be undertaking a year abroad.

Applications are open until Saturday 18th May, after which they will be considered on a rolling basis for remaining roles.

Detailed role descriptions and the application form can be found here: https://www.solidaritee.org.uk/join-us
