Negotiation Competition - Applications close soon

Negotiation Competition

Working teams of two, you will take part in negotiating a resolution to a dispute between two sets of parties trying to reach a mutually beneficial settlement. The ultimate aim of negotiation is to try and avoid litigation. A negotiation is often conducted by third parties on their client’s behalf (usually a solicitor). This allows for decreased emotions and therefore can make reaching an agreement much easier.
