Immigration Drop-in Event

 This session is set up to facilitate written submission(s) to the Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry on the government's plans for changing the rules on settlement (indefinite leave to remain), including by increasing the qualifying period of residence from five to 10 years, and introducing a concept of 'earned settlement'.

The deadline for submissions is 2 December.

This opportunity is open to all, regardless of whether you might be potentially affected by these rules.

The organiser will facilitate an opportunity to submit a co-authored submission, but can also facilitate anyone wanting to submit individually.

The session will be held:
