This webinar – organised by the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER), the Association of Colleges (AoC) and Group GTI – will share the latest research from The Skills Imperative 2035 on labour-market change and future skills needs, and will explore how the tertiary education system can best prepare young people for the future of work, by balancing specialisation with choice, technical skills with transferable skills, higher technical education with traditional higher education, collaboration with competition, and equity with excellence.
