Training for Employability Teams (Free) You may have noticed that around this time of year we usually host a free webinar for Employability Teams, focused on building confidence and capability around disability and student recruitment. Don't worry - it will be back soon! We're currently having some exciting conversations with a potential partner, and we're looking forward to sharing more details with you shortly. MyPlus Employers' Club The MyPlus Employers' Club supports organisations to become truly disability-inclusive. Members benefit from tailored consultancy, exclusive training and events, practical toolkits, and access to expert advice. We've recently introduced a new Bronze level membership, designed specifically with University Employability Teams in mind. This provides access to our employer-focused training events - providing you with valuable insights into the conversations we're having with organisations about disability inclusion, student recruitment, and workplace best practice. For further information click here. FCA insight event for your students We are delighted to be partnering with the FCA, to host an in-person insight event for disabled students. The event offers valuable insights into how the FCA support disabled individuals both during the recruitment process and in the workplace. Please note: Places are limited & are being allocated on a first come, first served basis Closing date: Monday 16th March Employability webinars for your disabled students Webinar: Managing your disability in the banking sector: Support, adjustments & so much more. 26th February In this webinar, students will hear directly from people working in banking, from trainees to experienced professionals, who will share their personal experiences of navigating the banking sector as disabled employees. Webinar: Virtual Q&A Drop-in session with Helen Cooke CBE. 16th April This open and supportive session will give your students access to Helen, who will be available to answer their questions about job searching, navigating the workplace, and planning their career. Webinar: Disability & workplace support: Requesting what you require. 30th April This practical webinar will guide your students through what workplace adjustments are, what support may be available, and how to approach these conversations with confidence. Advancing disability inclusion MyPlus regularly partner with Employability Teams seeking to strengthen equitable employment outcomes, including targeted projects aligned to your Access & Participation Plan. Working in partnership with Employability, Careers and Widening Participation teams, we can design & deliver practical solutions including for students, Employability Teams and employers.
