Training for Employability Teams (Free)
You may have noticed that around this time of year we usually host a free webinar for Employability Teams, focused on building confidence and capability around disability and student recruitment.

FCA insight event for your students
We are delighted to be partnering with the FCA, to host an in-person insight event for disabled students.
The event offers valuable insights into how the FCA support disabled individuals both during the recruitment process and in the workplace.

In this webinar, students will hear directly from people working in banking, from trainees to experienced professionals, who will share their personal experiences of navigating the banking sector as disabled employees.

This open and supportive session will give your students access to Helen, who will be available to answer their questions about job searching, navigating the workplace, and planning their career. There's no set agenda, and students are encourages to ask anything that's on their mind.
