Durham Law School International Arbitration Summer Course
Durham Law School International Arbitration Summer Course at Durham University will be taking place from Monday 20th July to Friday 24th July 2026.
The Course is led by four distinguished Directors: John Fellas, Wendy Miles KC, Christian Leathley and Charles Kotuby. Collectively, they bring over a century of experience in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, gained through their work as academics, arbitrators, and practitioners with leading global law firms.
Additionally, the Course features contributions from a further eight distinguished speakers: Gary Born, Anna Masser, Dominic Spenser Underhill, Sandra Kaznova, Michelangelo Cicogna, Susan Dunn, Dr Ylli Dautaj, Dr Can Eken and Ronan Feehily. These leading practitioners and arbitrators, drawn from various regions around the globe, will offer students a diverse perspective on international arbitration, incorporating insights from a range of legal cultures and national backgrounds. The course fees are £850 for Durham University students, £950 for students from other institutions, and £1,650 for general admission. These fees include all sessions, materials, lunch, refreshments, and a formal networking dinner at the historic Durham Castle across from Durham Cathedral.
