Application guidance
- Your opportunity can be online or in person
- You can claim multiple expenses relating to your opportunity
- Each opportunity requires a separate application. For example, you can submit an application to reimburse professional clothing and travel costs for an interview. If you are also undertaking a training course, and would like us to reimburse your course fee, you will need to make another application as this is classed as a separate opportunity
- At the point of submitting your application you must be able to provide evidence that your opportunity is bookable or is definitely taking place
- We cannot reimburse expenses incurred from work experience, internships, placements or work (even if unpaid)
- We cannot provide funding towards field trips or electives that are classed as part of your degree
- We cannot support opportunities that have already taken place by the time you submit your application
